Dine Out Pricing Continues ... Really!

You asked and we answered

We have all sorts of things to celebrate here at db Bistro Moderne (see below), and to commemorate we are continuing DINE OUT VANCOUVER pricing, all summer long - with many fabulous prix-fixe menu changes along the way, of course.

 

nathan-olivier.jpgChef de Cuisine Nathan Guggenheimer has been busy in his db kitchen during his first full month at the restaurant and, like all great Boulud chefs he wants each and every one of his guests to enjoy the full three-course dining experience.

 

"Let's keep it going", Nathan says about the $38 three-course dinner and $28 lunch menus conceived recently for the wildly popular DINE OUT VANCOUVER promotion.

Prix-fixe menus (see bottom of page for sample menu) include choice of appetizer, entree and dessert.  Optional wine pairings by the glass or bottle are offered by Sommelier Kevin Van Hullebush.  Tax and gratuity not included.

These past few weeks alone were momentous ones for Daniel Boulud and his New York based Dinex Group.  On May 3rd, Daniel Boulud and his Restaurant DANIEL won the coveted OUTSTANDING RESTAURANT AWARD from the iconic James Beard Foundation. The award is presented annually "to an established restaurant in the United Sates that serves as a national standard-bearer for consistent quality and excellence in food, atmosphere, and service."

 

TOP 50 BEST RESTAURANTS IN THE WORLD

The week previous DANIEL was named 'No.8 Top Restaurant in the World' at the prestigious S.Pellegrino Top 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony in London - where coincidentally, our charming sister restaurant db Bistro & Bar opened recently to rave reviews.  Only three US winners were included among the top ten.

 

Both accolades come in the wake of DANIEL having earned the prestigious three star rating in the 2010 Michelin Guide. Only five New York City establishments share that honour.
