Lumière Executive Chef Dale Mackay invites you to rendezvous with him and a small group of other participants, at 4pm at the Granville Island market in Vancouver.
Learn what inspires a market-fresh meal and how a seasonal menu comes together. Shop for dinner, then return, bags in-hand to the restaurant for a private cooking lesson. Lumière is closed for private events on Mondays and Tuesdays, so you'll have the place all to yourselves.
Finally, sit down in the exquisite 40-seat luxury of Lumière, and enjoy the delicious fruits of your labours.
Space is extremely limited (no more than 10 guests in the kitchen) so be sure to book your seat today. The cost to attend and for dinner is a modest $150 per person for the excursion, the cooking lesson, and a three course dinner with wines paired by Sommelier Kevin Van Hullebush. Taxes, gratuity and transportation not included.
