In keeping with Lumière's tradition of promising extraordinary Grand Relais & Chateaux class quality in approachable west coast style, Executive Chef Dale MacKay of our sister restaurant Lumière, invites you to  enjoy his 'Taste of BC' Menu once again this year - at an affable west coast price.
