Gold Medal Recipes and Wine Picks from Chef Daniel Boulud
Western Canada's prestigious Western Living magazine caught up with our own Chef Daniel Boulud in Whistler, British Columbia - home of the upcoming 2010 Olympic Games - and convinced him to share his ideal Winter Menu, plus a few favourite recipes.
Western Living's Shinan Govani was a guest at a Cornucopia Food & Wine Festival party at the vacation home of David and Manjy Sidoo, co-proprietors with Chef Boulud of db Bistro Moderne Vancouver and Lumière restaurants.
The Whistler event was wine themed, but Boulud's winter menu (below) - a sampling of db Bistro and Lumière favourites - would suit any large or small winter event you may be planning for family and friends.
