Be sure to reference them here if you're not sure how to perform any of them. When working with weights, always use a weight that you're comfortable working with, but that will present a challenge for you. For example, use a weight that will allow you to perform 10-15 repetitions for a set, but which begins to give you difficulty as you complete the last two or three repetitions.
