Photographer, filmmaker, art director and designer, Jaume de Laiguana (Barcelona, 1966) has developed his talent in the field of design and advertising for over 25 years. In the mid -90’s, he started his career as a photographer, conducting advertising campaigns for national and international firms, and photographing characters from the world of fashion, culture, sport and entertainment, with whom he has cultivated a friendship beyond the camera. On top of this, he has directed numerous commercials and music videos, achieving national and international recognition.
The work of Jaume de Laiguana has been exhibited in cultural centres throughout Spain. A one of a kind photographer, on a constant search for deeper levels of imperfection in seemingly perfect surfaces: “Creo en la belleza de la imperfección“, I believe in the beauty of imperfection.
