Traveling through Tuscany one Fall day, I came across this stunningly beautiful confection of local honey and nuts - I arrived home and set to work making it my own.

Poured out of the jar onto a platter, this delicious mix adds an elegant splash to any cheese tray but particularly good with a semi aged Italian Pecorino.
