Ken and Frank Shamrock are my two top favorite fighters of all time. Once upon a time it was dangerous for a man even his career to step onto the mat with Ken Shamrock. He was a fearsome son of a gun. But, like all sad tales of sports and their legends, Ken has gotten older, the muscles arent as strong, the movements arent as sharp and quick.
