Both these guys looked like s**t. You can be the best striker in the world, but you're going to get owned if you don't learn any takedown defense.

Valasquez has a bjj coach in Dave Camirillo so does Kongo in Bisping's bjj coach, it's has to be the fighter to be comfortable enough. Valasquez is the best wrestler Kong faced. I don't think Kongo's used to the ground and Valasquez looked pretty good, now granted he probably should of went for a couple of armbars but he looked good, and it's not "Check" Kongo, it's pronounced "Sheek" Kongo. In my opinion Cain could be better and more dominating at 205 he's kind of small for this weight class.
