the two are incompairable, a spartan would never fight alone, and a ninja would rarely fight by daylight.

No way to truly know unless a Spartan fought a Ninja, and that's not possible. However, from the hypothetical realm, the Hopla (the Spartan's shield) is the deciding factor. It is very large (3 ft in diameter) and has a leather strap holding it to the forearm, as well as a grip for the hand, making the shield an extension of the Spartan's defensive and offensive capabilities. All that is exposed is the legs and one arm. This stuff shouldn't be taken to seriously, it is all educated speculation. I am impressed by the production value of the fight sequence however. spartans against ninjas? u know what? ninjas are just fast and they have lots stuff, but once the spartans get a hold of them, they'll defenitley be crush, its like stepping on a roach.

I totally agree with Kenkaze on this one, the ninja could have taken the warrior out in a second if he want to after he blinded him.

While that shield is awesome, I think the armor is a weak point, it becomes a reliance when the ninja's reliance is skill. In my opinion, they really didn't do the ninja justice, they made him fight offensively, when a ninja is guerrilla and really, glass powder/pepper concentrate to the eyes, agreed with kenkazi, haha, you would need some awesome jedi mind woohoos to function after that!

that's right a spartan would win cause all the ninja does is kill at night and that was broad daylight but does the ninja really have to flip when jumping on a log and he didn't even land it right. also how did the ninja die from the javelin in the other ones they watched and the spartan just wiped him through the hole thing any way still why would he cut the chain when he should have cut the acilles heel and get over it right there.

that was awsome at the begging when the ninja tryed to be all snikey well over all i love Spartans and thinck they could litterly beat any thing in its way because there just like tanks and the only thing i could see stoping him was a GREEN BERATE.

Yeah that ninja did a lot of things wrong... I do agree with the Spartan winning though since ninjas are more about subterfuge and assassination.

the asian guy is right... the ninja would have been smart enough to run away when he knew he was losing and then kill the spartan in his sleep. OR he wouldve hid in the trees, jumped on the spartan's back and shanked him in the neck 1000 times with his super ninja speed.

What i dont get is how the spartan moved his shield fast enough to block the ninjato. The fight would have been over right there.

The ninja has the advantage at nigt. The Spartan has it in the daytime. Maybe they should've had them fight at dusk?

You people who are saying the Ninja should of killed him with the black eggs are retards.

The battle scene at the end is supposed to showcase all the weapons that the Spartans and Ninjas used, and so it will be unrealistic. The only accurate thing in the battle scene at the end is the winner.

Chances are that during the simulation, the ninja didn't even get a chance to use his black eggs.

And honestly, the Spartan probably wouldn't have to move his shield much to block a shuriken or that blow gun... not to mention black eggs.

Ok well you guys are looking at it wrong, first off the ninja is more of a defensive warrior rather then a head on warrior like the spartan, what i mean by that is what they showed in the simulation was a ninja attacking full on which is not their style, the sneak around and wait for the opportune time to strike, what i would like to call bulls**t on is the black egg part, he had the spartan blinded and could have easly ended it with a blow to the back of the neck with his ninjato, not only that but really a spartan able to recover from GLASS in their eyes ? i know they were made to withstand pain but i mean really you have ANYTHING let alone glass in your eye and your eye starts to tear up, not only would he have clouded vision it would sting like hell and tear up his eye there is no way to recover from that

The Spartan weighs like 50 lbs more than the ninja. The ninja would run circles around him. The egg would blind him for 5 minutes. The ninja just has to spin and jump and land 1 good hit.
The ninja would school him. f**k the numbers. It has to do with HOW they use the weapons

in a fight 1 on 1 a ninja would win.But in a group the spartans would. In that clip it was stupid of them to start the fight with the ninja behind the sparten. A ninja would never make a noise when attacking his enemys. The black eggs was stupid because the sparten would of been blind and the ninja would give a strike after strike to finish the job instead of running away.

This show is great and all, but numbers and information just don't cut it for a fight between 2 warriors like that. It's not just about the weapons, and how much damage they can do, it's about the guy behind those weapons and how he uses them to take down the opponent.

And yeah, in a one on one, ninja would definitely win. black egg to the face, ninjato to the throat. Dead spartan.

THE SPARTAN WOULD WIN BECAUSE OF HIS ARMOUR PLU THE BACK EGGS WOULD HIT HIS HELMET OR MISS OR HE WOULD TURN AWAY OR BLOCK IT WITH HIS SHIELD

That was stupid as the ninja could of just used the blow gun while hidden in the tree easy kill. Plus ninjas would fight during the night not broad daylight...
