I used to work in nurseries and I&#39;m a nanny now. But 9/10 times the children would stop crying within a couple of minutes and some would only do it to try and make their parents feel guilty! It&#39;s great that Henry has a great relationship with his key person and is happy at his setting. I feel like this is the most important thing!
